Dan Gadwa started his career in the residential mortgage industry in 1983. Initially as a loan officer, advancing to a branch manager and accomplishing his goal of becoming a Mortgage Broker and Lender.
Dan opened Concord Mortgage Inc in 1994. He enjoys working with first time homebuyers. Having specialized in this area, he is now working with third generation of families that he has helped through the years.
Dan is married to Liz, who is also his business partner and the operations manager of Concord Mortgage Inc. He has two adult children, Gretchen and Dan. He is the very proud grandfather of Aiden. He has lived in Brighton, Michigan since 1994. He enjoys golf, fishing and hiking in the local parks.
